Disburse Positive balance on Termination with Proration

Summary:

We've a requirement to Disburse positive balance on Termination with proration from a plan for which the balance is adjusted manually.

Let's say, there are two plans : Vacation A & Vacation B 

Balance As of date : 01/01/2024,

for Vacation A is 180 hours (Annual Accrual 180 + Carryover 40 **adjusted to Vacation B**) &

for Vacation B is 40 hours (Adjusted Manually from Vacation A)

Note: Vacation B is defined with Accrual rate as 0 in order to adjust balance manually from Vacation A plan.

The requirement is to disburse positive balance from Vacation B with proration on Termination . 

I.e. If the employee is terminated on September month, then 40 hours * 9/12 =
