Customize Access Code Email "External Supplier Registration Requester Verification Report"

Summary:

I am customizing the mentioned report which triggers during Supplier Registration to get the Access code Email

For Customization, i am following the below steps:

1. Archive-Unarchive the report with same name in custom folder under procurement/suppliers
2. Modify the RTF template ExtSupRegReqVerEmailReport and uploaded with the changes.

Doing this, the changes I am having on my custom folder report template are also started reflecting in the report placed at Standard path. I would not like to modify the standard template placed at standard path as this is not recommended. How can I achieve if i have a requirement to modify the template to add text along with '
