Learning Catalog Management - Redwood Experience - Enrolling
Summary:
In the current and previous builds of ORACLE Cloud Learning, there is a process that does not work well for us and not sure about other customers, and I wondered if it might change with new Redwood experience being brought in.
At present, if you enrol someone at offering level first, it will copy the enrolment at course level but not trigger the renewal process which we use a lot. The other issue with this is that if the delegate withdraws from the offering, it will copy this status to the course, instead of going to the status ‘No Active Offering’. This means that delegates have to re-enrol or we have to do it for them.
