Absence deleted still visible on timecard, hence not allowing emloyee to submit timecard.
Hi Team,
So we are currently using 24C and have enabled redwood.
So we are applying absence through add absence tile and employees have saved the absence and then later on deleted the absence. doing this absence is removed from existing absence list but is not getting removed from timecard and also if employee or say time admin try to submit the timecard system throws an error :
"An error has occurred. Contact your absence administrator with the following details: Module TimeToAbsenceIntegration, Method checkAbsenceStatusForAbsenceGroups and Error AbsenceEntry not found: 300000006013256."
got to know there is a bug that is getting fixed in 24D to resolve this issue but till then can we have a workaround.
