Changing the attributes of project after Activating the project shall go for approval

Hi,

There is a requirement where post Activating the Project, If any changes made to the Project Plan page, Manage Financial Project Settings page then those changes shall also route to approval. Same way how the project when submitted for Active status goes for Approval.
