Work Time Change Not Updating in Employee Records

Hi Oracle Community,

We have a request to change the work assignment start time and end time.

I navigated to Manage Enterprise HCM Information in the Work Day Information section to change the Work Start Time to 09:00 and Work End Time to 17:30. However, after submitting, the time in the employee record did not change.

I also tried to submit a new absence to check if the new time would reflect, but it did not.

Could you please advise if this is the correct place to make these changes? Additionally, if I change it here, will it reflect in the employee record, or do I need to update it in bulk?
