Production scheduling not prioritizing changeover duration.

Summary:

Hi Team,

We are preparing for a demo on PS for a client. The ask is to group all work orders by similar types of ice cream, and production scheduling should sequence the work orders based solely on changeover time, regardless of the need-by date.

I’ve completed the necessary setup, but I’m noticing that the system is always sequencing work orders based on the need-by date, despite the changeover duration I specified. Please let me know if I’m missing anything. Please refer to the below screenshot. This is the ask from client


But, In-spite of the setup and defining changeover, It is showing schedule as below
