PTO and Purchase PTO plans are enrolled to an employee. Absence deductions will be based on priority. PTO plans are configured to allow negative balances up to 40 hours. But absences should be deducted from PTO plans and Purchased PTO plan then negative balance from the PTO.

Is it possible to configure that when an employee is enrolled in both PTO and Purchased PTO plans, the system will prioritize how absences are deducted from these balances.

  1. Priority Order for Deductions:
    • Step 1: Absences will first be deducted from the employee’s regular PTO balance.
