How to create Sales Order which have Flat discounts on Order Totals via FBDI?

Hi,

Requesting forum members for their inputs in How a Sales order can be created for the below scenario? Please refer to the SS below.

We have been requested to create a sales order where apart from the unit discount present on the lines a flat discount is applied in cases where the total order value exceeds a certain threshold. For Example in the below SS since order value has exceeded 5000 a flat discount of 1000 is applied.

What are the best practices/Guidelines to accomodate such Header based discounts during Order Creation via FBDI?
