Notifications Purged from the Bell Icon List

Summary:

Notifications were purged from the bell icon list and they were not even 30 days old Can the Scheduled Process be modified to not remove/purge notifications that are older than 30 days from the notifications list? Can this be modified to purge after after a higher amount of days?

Hi there,

We have done research and found Doc ID 2647766.1 Bell Icon (Notifications Icon on the Global Header) (FAQ's) where it indicates it is expected behavior Bell Notifications are expected to disappear after 30 days.

We had a case where notifications were purged from the bell icon list and they were not even 30 days old. The notifications did appear in BPM Worklist. Why are they being purged before the 30 day mark?
