Not able to enter a CH IBAN Number for a Bank based out of UK

Summary:

We have scenario of supplier bank account based out of United Kingdom however IBAN provided by is CHXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX

Though it seems to be Switzerland based, however when searched in IBAN Checker portal (https://www.iban.com/iban-checker) it is a valid IBAN based out of UK and also we were able to make payment using this IBAN outside of Fusion, which proves it is a valid IBAN.

From Fusion perspective, the system throws a validation error that,

"You must enter 22 characters in the International Bank Account Number field. (CE-660080)"

We can bypass this validation by setting up the CE_DISABLE_BANK_VAL, however we should keep this validation open forever to make the successful payment for every invoice created over a period of time.
