MDX Dynamic Calc Not Working

Summary:

We have the below dynamic calc on our ASO cube for a member. I am not super familiar with MDX, so what I am trying to figure out is why this dynamic calc is working for column H below, but not for column I? I don't see anything in this dynamic calc that restricts it from that? The only two differences are the Scenario dimension and the Version dimension (highlighted below).
