Is it possible to restrict the Event Search on Manage Event (Billing Event) based on Contract

Summary:

Dear Team,

We have a requirement to give access the Manage Events Page for PMs, but we only want them to search the event based on the Team Member access given to associated Projects

As per current functionality, We are only able to Secure the Manage Events based on Business Units, So any user who is having the Data Access for Business Units are able to search all the contracts for that particular BU and allowed to Edit that.
