Why other address type is not available in eligibility profile

We are trying to add an address type in Home Location but it is not present, and the once which are available are the once we don't have any tag in lookup.

We want to add Home Address but only current and permanent is available, it is because of 'Tag'. Is there any workaround apart from writing a Fast formula.
