We are trying to send US PPD Audit Report which is run at time of Make EFT Payments to user's email.

For this we have created a "Email - US PPD Audit Report" on Define extracts

And added the email ids. But when Make EFT payments is run, it generates the US PPD Audit Report. But the email is not triggered.

Below is the navigations :

MY Client Group > Data Exchange > Extract Definition> Search : Payments
