Duplicate Alert

Summary:

Hi Team,

Please review the attached screenshot. A user has reported receiving duplicate alert notifications, despite our implementation of the "stop duplicate" functionality. We are unsure why the employee received two notifications.

For your reference, I’ve also attached two log files from the alert. We would appreciate your assistance in understanding why two notifications were triggered and why the alert ended with a warning.
