How to enable Account Information section in candidate's profile?

Hi all,

I want to generate a new password for a candidate using the candidate's general profile view.

However, I can't find the Account Information section in the general profile view (refer to the screen capture), even I use the System Administrator account to login.

May I know which access rights should I need to add in order to view the Account Information section in Candidate's General Profile view?
