Certificates of EPM FCCS environment has expired

An HFM Application is currently pulling data from an FCCS Application using FDMEE.

Following Documentation has been used to setup this integration:

Here, a certificate has been downloaded from the FCCS environment, and has been imported to the Weblogic KeyStore of HFM server. This worked fine for the last couple of months. However, suddenly the load started failing with the error message: ERROR [AIF]: javax.net.ssl.SSLHandshakeException: sun.security.validator.ValidatorException: PKIX path building failed: sun.security.provider.certpath.SunCertPathBuilderException: unable to find valid certification path to requested target.

After downloading the certificate from FCCS again, and importing it to the Weblogic KeyStore of HFM Server, it again started working fine.
