Visual builder visible in Test but not in Production

Hi Team,

Greetings!

We have VBCS (Visual Builder) found to be available in the TEST environment , which has got refreshed (P2T) from production.

But we do not see the same in Production i.e.t VBCS does not show up in Production in the same user login with same roles.

Any idea what could be missing?
