OTBI Report is working very slow when fetching the Assessment Details

Hi Team,

I am currently working on developing reports in OTBI, but I am encountering significant performance issues. The reports are taking an unusually long time to generate results, and after more than four hours of waiting, no data has been returned.

Additionally, I am trying to convert the assessment questions into a pivot table. However, whenever I include the Question_Text or Response fields, the report continues to load indefinitely without producing any output.

Even though I have raised an SR, the SR Engineer has suggested adding filters. I have already applied the filters and am attempting to retrieve data for just one employee, but it still isn't working as expected.
