Pending Worker, auto / manual conversion, ACtive Directory, Work email
Summary:
I would like to seek inputs, recommendation of when a work email is created. From pending worker where we set up preboarding journeys, to Auto or manual conversion of pending worker to employee… when should be the best time to set up work email?
Or how does active directory work?
We also have an onbaording journey which is applicable to an employee role. Thus, i believe there should be a work email already before onboardign journey is triggered.
