Adding Comments to Accounts in Data Form

Hi everyone,

I am hoping someone can provide some guidance on a business requirement we have. We need to allow users to input comments directly next to accounts in our data form.

Does anyone have experience with implementing this functionality? If so, could you please share your suggestions or best practices?
