SQM Question Response- need to add LoV

An SQM question, supposed to capture a currency code from the Supplier during the Supplier Registration ( Qualification area with above question is set to prompt during the Supplier registration) … here the business user likes to associate an LoV (Drop down list of currency codes) to the above question-Response field, so that the Supplier contact can choose the currency code correctly from the Drop down list instead of typing in, to the text box (Response Type: Single Line Text)

I could not find a way to associate a Drop-Down list to the Question-response, can some one provide some input ?
