OTBI Report with future hires and terminations

Hello,

We are attempting to build a report to help our partners keep track of I-9 completions. We are using the subject areas Worker Assignment Event Real Time and Work Relationship Real Time.

For this report we would like to include terminated employees with their termination reason and also include anyone who will be hired in the future, using the SQL filter of "Worker"."Employee Hire Date" BETWEEN CURRENT_DATE AND CURRENT_DATE + 21 to pull in future hires over the next three weeks. This filter does work with other reports but we believe due to the termination information it is preventing upcoming hires from being pulled in. Is there a way to get information for both of these in the same report?
