Budget Version - Revenue Rate derived from Contract Override Bill Rate

Summary:

It is experienced that if it exists a Contract Rate Based, and it is specified an "Override Rate" for example for Person A, and Person A is entered as Named person labor resource into Project X , Task Y, and the task Y is assigned to the Contract Line, when it is created a Budget Version with Revenue Generation Method = "Contract revenue classification":

in the budget version the "Revenue Rate" for Person A is taken from the Override Bill Rate of the contract.

After if project manager end user performs the action "refresh rates", the "Revenue Rate" is substitute with the value derived from the Rate Schedule (for example derived from the generic Labor Class).
