We have a scenario where we are receiving Consigned PO in a Supplier Specific Subinventory in an Inventory org, then we are creating a IntraOrg Transfer Order for its consumption, on completion of the TO receipt the ownership is still remaining with the Supplier, we have already defined consumption rules between the 2 Subinv for the following Transactions:

Transfer Order Intraorganization Transfer

Transfer Order Intraorganization Receipt

Transfer Order Intraorganization Shipment
