Will we need any additional license(ex.License for Time & Labor) to just enter time against project

We have a requirement to capture project-related time entries using the 'Time & Absences' work area, which will flow into the Project module. We are aware that there are several configurations that need to be done under the 'Time and Labor' functional area.

Will we need any additional licenses (e.g., License for Time & Labor) to just enter time against projects and nothing else. We already have Self Service ERP licenses.
