Employees on Leave - Retrieving Assignment Dates for Old Reason Codes

Summary:

We are trying to create a report that has all employees who are on leave with the date they went out on leave. However, in OTBI if a change is made to an employee's profile while they are out on leave, the date of that change is the one that is reflected in the report, not the date they went out on leave.

For example, if someone goes out on leave on 1/1/2024 but then their manager is promoted and they receive a new manager on 4/1/2024, then 4/1/2024 will appear in the report since it's the most recent change.

We tried to filter the reason codes to only pull for reasons related to someone going out on leave. However, it won't pull people on leave who have had a new reason code (like the example above) since going out on leave.
