export the number of downloaded records doesn’t match the total items

Summary:

When I try to export the number of downloaded records doesn’t match the total items in that I pulled on screen.  It is not one number of records where it stops, like we had with recons, but instead I get 500+ of 5K records and 2.8K of 17K records.

What would cause not all records to be exported?

Content (please ensure you mask any confidential information):

Reconciliations > Transactions > actions > export to excel > all transactions > export > download file does not always have all the records (ex 500+ of 5K )
