How to customize the 'worksheet display columns' visibility based on roles
Few columns in the compensation worksheet display should not be visible for lower level managers and those columns should be visible for only to the compensation admin and the managers in the top tier.
However, direct/lower level managers should be given the visibility to the columns such as performance rating, increment percentage etc.
To achieve this, is there any method : Inputs on any related fast formulas/customizations or any related processes would be helpful.
