'Purge Receiving Interface' not executed, error records from rcv_transacations_interface are deleted

Summary:

We know as per Oracle standard process, the successfully processed transactions are purged from the interface table automatically.  The error and pending transactions are present in the rcv_transactions_interface table. Running the 'Purge Receiving Interface' program will purge the records from interface tables but we are observing the records are being deleted from the rcv_transactions_interface and we cannot find any history of purge receiving interface being executed.

We have verified are custom code and it is not deleting the records from rcv_transaction_interface. Please help us understand if purge receiving interface program is not executed, how the records are being deleted from rcv_transactions_interface table.
