Category Communities not displaying in Browse Tab

Summary:

Our Category Communities and Topics are no longer visible in the UI except for one. No changes were made and all of the communities are open.

We have 7 active and open categories and 15 topic communities. Only 1 displays in Browse tab, topic index or search filter.

Is this a known issue or should we log SR?
