Merit Increase is not getting calculated

Content (required):

We have set up the Merit assumption, Merit Month assumption, loaded employee details and also executed the synchronize defaults & calculate compensation rules but Merit Increase is not displaying any data.

Is there any other setup or business rule that needs to be executed to make this work?
