Only 1 line of a 3-line requisition created a PO, need to cancel other 2 lines

Summary:

We have a 3-line requisition created from a Min Max ESS process. All 3 lines are approved but only 1 created a PO, the other 2 are in Completed status but not attached to any order (PO or TO). We just want to cancel the 2 lines that aren't attached.
