Unable to attach a block volume to an Always Free tier instance

Button to attach block volume is disabled on instance creation and instance block volume edit after creation.

This has been happening since a while ago, but for some reason the button to attach a block volume in the instance creation screen is disabled, and nothing that I change on the screen re-enables it. I didn't reach the Free Tier limit, no messages are provided, only a disabled button. I would really appreciate if anyone could help me on this one 'cause I can't find anything on the web related to this.
