Is there any API that updates schedule ship date in oracle order management (on prem EBS R12.2.10)

Summary:

We are using on prem Oracle EBS 12.2.10 and also OTM cloud. Our customers request products to be delivered at a given date and we use that as a Request Date in our OM. Our customer care use a spread sheet to get the transit time and manually figure out what should be ship date from our location. This for sure takes additional time.

I would like to know if I send a request from EBS to OTM by providing Request Date, Ship from, Ship to, transportation mode can OTM return what date the shipment should be from our warehouse ? I understand we have loaded our contracts with various carriers, the lanes they serve, transportation mode and transit time. What I would like to get back is the schedule ship date based on the transit time (pick the max transit time if multiple transit times exists for the lane in the system). Is there an existing API in OTM that can be used
