DOR Request For Information to be Withdrawn if there is No Action Taken

Dear Experts,

We have the below client requirement on DOR Approval:

Employee will initiate the DOR Request and it has to be routed to HR Admin. During this scenario, HR Admin needs the LM of the employee to provide some comments and submit back. Till this scenario its working fine as expected. But, another ask is, they need the Request Info to be with that specific LM only for 2 days, if they dont respond within that time line, then it should reroute back to HR Admin.

We tried by enabling the Notification Deadline with Expiration setup, But the transaction gets expired for both the LM & HR Admin.

Howdy, Stranger!
