Facing 2 Issue in OTM Parameters

1-How to insert Fixed List as I tried to insert text value, but report didn't run and showed up error.

2-When inserting query in dynamic list it shows all value but no null value in this case it will be mandatory for user to select one which is not accepted

below the sql in dynamic list query

SELECT SHIPMENT_REFNUM_VALUE FROM SHIPMENT_REFNUM WHERE SHIPMENT_REFNUM_QUAL_GID = 'TM.EXPENDITURE ORG'
