To hide the "Option" field in Add absence from Administration page

Summary:

An Option field for Elapsed half date control is shown in Add absence from Administration page after the update of 24C.

Since we introduced DFFs (AM/PM) for Elapsed half date, the newly displayed Option field creates confusion to clients' operation.

Please advise if you have any idea to hide this field in Add an absence from Administration page.
