Postal Codes Syncronization - Career Sites

Hi ,

Is there any specific process we should follow to synchronize or update the entire list of postal codes for the United States? Since postal codes can sometimes be changed or new ones added, We want to ensure that the system is designed to keep address options up to date accordingly. Additionally, can anyone confirm whether postal code updates are included in the quarterly or weekly release cycles, and if so, what steps are involved in implementing these updates?
