Custom text box while adding Document Records attachments

Hi,

We have a requirement where while adding an attachment in DOR page we need a custom field/text box where we can enter a comments while adding attachments.

Currently we only have below two options available :-

We checked the setup configuration in Document types but didn't find any option for this.

Can anyone please suggest if this is achievable or we will need to raise an Idea for this. We need this option as there are multiple documents which HR uploads for an employee which have same document type but different names, so the additional comments for each attachment will help them identify the document and purpose of why it was updated/added with help of comments and make the changes accordingly.
