Microsoft Outlook Calendar Learning Integration - testing approach and tips

We have taken steps to setup the Microsoft calendar integration with the learning module, as per instructions in link below.

Set Up the Microsoft Outlook Calendar App for Oracle Learning Integration

My question is are there any approaches regarding testing of the solution, before using in real cases in the production environment.

My main concerns are around ensuring testing use cases remains ring fenced to a non-production environment.

So if anyone has experience, and is happy to share lessons learned, tips etc. - please reply! Thanks :-)

Regards,

Darren
