How do you create a journal with APEX, OIC and the ERP?

Summary:

We are looking for an alternative or standard process that offers us the Oracle tools. The import of Journals from the client's legacy systems is required. For this purpose, the process is as follows:

  • APEX initiates the process when the user logs in with their keys (Oracle APEX access control) and executes an OIC integration.
  • OIC takes care of the FBDI import process offered by the native ERP tool.

As a side note, the standard connector used in OIC is the Oracle ERP Cloud Adapter, with a common user for integrations only.

  • ERP is in charge of receiving the information from OIC and creating the accounting records of the Journals.

Howdy, Stranger!
