Is it possible to add additional data elements in Access Control for EPBCS applications

Summary:There is a new requirement starting at CVS where any Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) applications will be onboarded into CVS’s new strategic Identity Access Management tool – MyAccess, for improved automation and governance. As part of this initiative there are certain data elements that are required to be in the application and retrieved using a REST API. Several of these “required” data elements are not currently in our in scope EPBCS applications.

There are two considerations where we need guidance :

  1. Is it possible to add these required fields into the security in EPBCS? If so, how long will it take and is there a cost?
