Add role restriction of table access while developing the sql query and not while viewing the report

Summary:

For OTBI and BIP we want restriction to be added on table access while coding the reports for specific modules. The client wants to code reports in the system using SQL but we want to restrict the access of the table they can use. All the tables related to performance, appraisals, compensations, salary are to be restricted. Kindly guide us on how to add schema restriction.
