How to create preparer duration based on period specific

Summary:

Hi Every one -

we have a below requirement for preparer duration and reviewer duration for period specific.

For Periods Jan, April, July, oct, Feb, May, August, November - Preparer duration is 18 days and reviewer duration is 20 days from close date.

For periods March, June, September and December - Preparer duration is 11 days and reviewer duration is 13 days from close date.

we have a Separate accounts list which should follow custom due dates .
