Getting HTTP 400 bad request error when trying to preview VBS changes

Now we are having VBS in dev2 prod. but when trying to preview my changes error is coming.
Something went wrong preparing your application for preview. HTTP 400 bad request.
is there are any prerequisite steps to be done when using VBS in new environment 1st time?
