Tansaction not completed despite approval

Hello everyone,

Have you ever submitted a transaction and despite the notification of approval, you are unable to see the record of the action performed?

For example, I submitted a termination but I cannot see it even in advanced search despite the transaction being approved by workflow.

I tried to delete the transaction and submit again it but I always have the same result.

Can you tell me how to do it?
