Load Measures from Others Plans does not work as expected

Hello,

I am trying to copy a measure from one plan to another. The measure in the source plan is empty and I want the empty data to be copied to the target plan. Is there any Oracle limitation to copy empty data? Shouldn't the measure be copied as it is?
