Redwood 24C/24D Bug: Business Rules for specific user roles are not working
Summary:
Dear Team,
Our client has an issue with Business rule for Specific user roles where it does not trigger or work.
If we leave the rule as "This rule is always applied" it works fine.
But if we select Roles contains [role selected from drop down] it does not work nor trigger even if we can confirmed that the employee has the role.
Is this a bug ?
Please see below screenshots from Demo as example. (Demo is Oracle 24D)
Best Regards,
Content (please ensure you mask any confidential information):
- If we have specific role "BI Admin" which user Curtis feitty in Demo has, nothing happens.
